For the months she has been filling in I have observed and seen more great qualities and leadership than we had with our previous manager. She acts immediately and follows through with situations that need immediate attention. She listens and with discussion comes to an amiable solution to problems. I have had such a great experience working for MPS at the hospital. I unexpectlty wasn't feeling well today and I really appreciate the manager who covered my shift herself and site supervisor for understanding. Most of the other places I worked would have made me stick it out til the end of my shift I'm so thankful for Tally as well as John for actually caring about my well being ❣️

I would like to commend the security officer working on the 16th around 140pm when I arrived for my son whom was coming in by ambulance. As I awaited to get back to my son this lady comes in and starts yelling at me for not having a mask on.I was completely distrot as this lady becomes confrontational with me. The security officer without hesitation steps between us to disfuse her aggressively attacking me, advising the lady to step out side. If it wasn't for him I would've completely lost control of myself with her. The guy did a good job. You have a good guard at Inland and I appreciate that.. I also appreciate the kindness of the nurses and the Security Manager whom with full empathy contacted me and wanted to assure I was ok and if there was anything she could do to better my experience while at the hospital. I felt security and hospital staff were genuine and actually cared.

I have to say the security staff is always present and highly visible. Easy to find when you need them. They are knowledgable about their responsibilities.They are walking the halls and talking to people. Very friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful to visitors too. Not like some places I have worked where the staff hide in offices and look at computers. You never see them and can't find them when they are needed.
