Risk Management Tabletop Exercises
Tabletop Exercises are usually the first step in conducting a comprehensive Security Assessment of a facility as the TTX defines process and command structure in the event of an emergency.
What is a tabletop exercise?
The tabletop exercise is a meeting to discuss a simulated emergency. Members of the campus review and discuss the actions they would take in a particular emergency, testing their emergency plan in an informal, low-stress environment. Tabletop exercises are used to clarify roles and responsibilities and to identify additional campus mitigation and preparedness needs. The exercise should result in action plans for continued improvement of the emergency plan.

General Exercise Characteristics
TTX exercise begins with a general setting, to establish a stage for a plausible hypothetical situation. In these exercises, MPS stimulates discussion by using intelligence or situation updates. These changes describe events that may be engaging an individual or participating agencies, departments, or organizations. The individuals in which the updates affect, then discuss action(s) they could take in response to the update.

Extremely professional security group, definitely recommended for hire, met a supervisor by the name of Solstad who definitely presented the company well, with supervisors like that, i would highly suggest contracting this company.
I've worked for many security companies, and I enjoyed this one the most because they were organized and didn't micromanage. Tally Flotron is great! She is by the books, but always helpful and fair.
All of my interactions with this company have been professional and high quality. I recommend them for all of your security needs. Call for details they are operating in multiple states from what I understand
